Brúarskóli is a special compulsory school under the authority of the City of Reykjavík.
Most of the Brúarskóli‘s students live in Reykjavík. The school is intended as a short-term stay for students, their attendance ranging from 1 to 2 semesters in length.

This April Reykjavik’s Harpa Concert Hall comes to life with 24 concerts and events featuring more than 100 musicians, composers and amateurs. The festival will present different genres of music; classical and electronic music, improvisation, noise and many more. 4 different halls will be used to present orchestral, ensemble, chamber, solo music, sound installations and films. In different foyer areas works by Wolff, Globokar, Hildur Guðnadóttir and Icelandic school children will be presented.There will be exciting activity Outside Harpa. Some of the best independent musicians of Iceland will be involved performing classic works as well as new creations.
